A research project where I was solving a client's problem of inaccessible customer services on shopping websites by conducting user and legal research, and usability testing.

A research and design case study in which I interviewed the users and redesigned Google Maps using Figma for easier navigation throughout the NY subway.​​​​

A design challenge where I prototyped a mobile app in Figma for a charity based in NY that helps seniors live healthy and meaningful lives.​
